During war, people who create in peaceful times, find themselves in a challenging situation. Many of them choose the path of going to the ranks of the defenders of their land. They take guns and set aside a pen, brush, or microphone. Someone stays in the rear. Some have to change their place of residence against their will. In difficult times of national trials, it becomes much more difficult for authors, wherever they might be, to find the strength, sources of inspiration, and energy to create new lyrics and melodies. Nevertheless, Ukrainian creators do not stop even for a day! An enormous wave of songs was created during almost two months of the war! Because singing, like no other kind of artistic expression, is working for victory in times like this. Our people, our heroic warriors, need the songs to support their strength and spirit.

Such times reveal the amazing unifying philosophy of the world's creative community as never before. The entire CISAC global community of authors, which includes our NGO UACRR, has come to the aid of Ukrainian authors. Thank you sincerely! It gave me an opportunity to continue my theatre stage work, write lyrics and music. In general, to continue creating art...

I take this opportunity to thank all the staff of NGO UACRR for the precise and timely organization of the entire support process. Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Armed Forces! Glory to CISAC and the UACRR!
